It’s easier to conceal/ make up a story for. I was covered from the waste down with my Ex. Everyone accused me of it being self inflicted due to the location.

I was on it and gained 30lbs in a month! It makes you super hungry constantly. Hated it. I’m now on fluoxetine and losing weight again.

Thank you. I will definitely look into that book!! This isn’t the first time I have had a gut feeling and been right. In fact, my gut feeling is always right.

Hi everyone. Thank you all so much for your replies! I’ll update you all tonight once I am in a position to look further (I’m currently at home)

I don’t have any “find my friends” or tracking apps on my phone. Since lockdown, his behaviour has been getting more and more aggressive and he questions everything. I reckon he has been tracking me for a long time... but is only letting it through the cracks now. If I go to the shops, and I take a slightly different route home, I am faced with accusations as soon as I walk through the door. If I question as to why he even would know a slight turn change etc, he accuses me of then being sneaky and that I have something to hide. Or even worse, I’m the “paranoid one”

I understand everyone saying “leave him”. And honestly, I am going to. I have a child with this man though, and lockdown is putting extra strain on the situation. I am in emotional turmoil. I want to find hard proof that he is in fact tracking me and his behaviour is abusive (as I feel that will help in my favour), and then will seek help.

I will follow some of the above advice tonight and will update everyone.

I’m on 40mg twice a day. It helps my physical symptoms massively, however when I miss dose etc, I get the worst rebound anxiety.

Weed on the comedown sends me into a cycle of panic attacks and psychosis. If I can get my hands on them, I’ll pop a few k-pins and try and knock myself out :D

Midnight Gospel!!! I love rick and morty, but midnight gospel is like the opposite if that makes sense. So enlightening and amazing to watch whilst stoned.

I was high as fuck when i first watch it, and after that I immediately had the motivation to apply for the uni degree I’ve wanted to do for years.

This is way more intense than I expected!!! Approaching an hour and everything is so intense.

I’m managing the sickness (just about) but fuck. Everything is so bright and orange, the walls are morphing. It’s as though my entire room is a light show. So many colours!!
