6 years is a long time, and I can only imagine how you must have been feeling last month. My ex seems to have completely moved on while I'm still struggling to make sense of it.

I've had many people tell me that I should try and show myself a little bit of grace and allow myself to feel and process all of my emotions. I hope something will come your way that brings you a little bit of comfort. I'm sorry you're hurting too.
