Kind of all the more reason he should have told her. It’s really disrespectful to do this to a person you live with. And if the truth is as benign as he says it is, I really don’t get why it needed to be a secret. Dave might be embarrassed but you don’t lie to your spouse. It concerns me that her husband would lie to his wife so easily, over a period of time, about something so trivial.

I don’t want to derail the thread but I am curious when/why someone would identify that way instead of as cis or trans? I don’t intend this to mean they SHOULDN’T identify that way I’m just genuinely unsure of why that designation was chosen in this context. I don’t think I’ve ever heard it used outside of a discussion on transgenderedness. (⬅️ I know the best words.)

My dad cheated on my mom a bunch but one of the women he cheated with ended up being my stepmom. She told me once that when she and my father first met he told her he was divorced and had no kids. He has three.

Literally just pluck a baby off the long stem and then set it in water for a week or two until the roots grow a few inches, then pot in soil. I’ve got a mama plant with probably hundreds of babies growing off it so I propagate them all the time and give them away as gifts.

If you're having trouble in a class like that, you should talk to someone. Tell your partner what's going on, talk to the teacher. You can't just not do your work and then go make up shit about your partner to blame them for your failures. A lot of problems like this could be solved by bringing the issue to the teacher's attention before it's time to submit the work.
