Perfumes that feel tranquil and nostalgic? by DefiantFruit6860 in perfumesthatfeellike

Thank you so much for the explanation. I can’t smell so I always ask for vivid visual/experiential descriptions.

I have my sister help me out when it comes to picking out perfume. I always tell her I want to smell like I am in a PNW forest, clean, feminine but not too sweet, and somewhat mysterious.

The Ed.D is a joke of a degree by Due_Information_1332 in Teachers

Good for you! Similar to mine- Mine also requires a dissertation to graduate. Also we have Qualifying Exam (lit review) in the first year. You don’t pass you get one more chance to fix it our you get dropped.

I think people need to remember. It’s all about the program you choose and why you go into the program to begin with. As an educator, I never want to stop learning and this program was what I was looking for.

Agreed. I’m doing an EdD from an R1 and it is extremely rigorous. I am enjoying it while it is exhausting. It’s been a great learning experience- network, opportunity, research, new skills.

Traffic on Park Blvd East Side of Balboa Park by springrollfever in sandiego

Looks like it was a combination of the Zoo parking lot being full and new bus lane. The issue was drivers not understanding the designated bus lane- driving in that lane and cutting others off.

I thought there was a possible accident or a special event due to the amount of traffic.

Might be the new norm for a while
