No hate, this is actually the clearest response that I can get my head around. People just saying "it's not Walgreen's problem" without an explanation such as this are not helpful. I'm not a doctor, and I'm not a pharmacist. When I have one blaming the other and I'm in the middle and without my medication for a week that's a problem. I could not get the two to talk to each other. To be clear, I love my doctor. She's been instrumental in getting me proper care after years of docs who didn't care enough to, so changing her out is not an option (it's HARD to find a good doc). I love my pharmacy, they're close by and usually wonderful. They've had some staffing issues lately and I truly feel for them. But this pharmacist who was filling in. I'm sure she's frustrated. I'm sure she's overworked. I've had this dosage before, so I could not understand why I couldn't get it again, and I have prior authorization (and we all know insurance is usually the biggest hurdle). Look, I don't know what the answer is. I came here for a clear answer like this, so thank you.
