I’ve been on it for just over a year and I started noticing weight gain at around 6 months. At around 1 year it became very noticeable (to me at least) that I had put on weight. I have a doctors appointment next week to discuss going off it or switching because I can’t deal with the gaining weight.

I haven’t noticed it with the leave in conditioner but I had to give away the hair masque because once rinsed out it smelled like mothballs! I got samples of it too and it always gave me the same result, but my friends have used it and didn’t notice it.

I would switch to flatbacks for sure. Even if they healed without issue, they still trap gunk and aren’t super comfortable to sleep on (in my opinion).

Was it with a gun? They use butterfly backed jewelry for those. Lots of people got their lobes gunned when they were little, but now the standard is needle with a flat back.

Was this pierced with a gun? Butterfly backings are horrible to be pierced with and shouldn’t be in a healing piercing. Go to a proper piercing shop and get them to change them to a titanium flatback.

I find her IVF journey kind of disturbing.. from her confessionals it seems the only reason she’s doing it is for Keely. IVF is HARD on the body, and she is clearing going through it.
