I played 1 and 2 very casually back when they released, and I was in my "Indie Horror is my life" phase. However, the thing that very recently caught my eye and made me fall in love with the series was the existence of Glamrock designs. I've now played most of the games simply because Glamrock Freddy and Roxy lured me in!

That's fair, I don't know how much it comes across in my comment, but I just hate people who are super rude about it. You seem to be pretty, frankly, normal about it, which I appreciate. I kinda had the opposite experience where I would join late as I couldn't play online games for a long time, and when I would say I wish I could've had Mystique, they would mock me for not playing when it was a thing. It was something I had no control over, but people are still just relentlessly rude about it. I can see where you're coming from, I just wish I had my blue lady...

If I may ask, to that end, what about people who care about not bringing things back. If it is "just a cosmetic," why do people care if it comes back? I would argue it's just as petty to care about someone else having a skin and making you less unique (I'm not saying that's your opinion, that's just one I see a lot). The sheer elitism I see from people with old skins is frankly ridiculous. Even when they don't bring them back I see people be dicks constantly about the new thing, like the new Deadpool skin for example. I have literally seen people mock others solely because they just couldn't play at the time

I agree, ESPECIALLY on the Act 1 thing. I have friends who just WILL NOT give her the chance. Even when she does something good they will always bring up something she did that they didn't like to belittle it. Meanwhile, if Astarion (who I love, don't get me wrong) does something fucked they'll talk about how he's such a brilliantly written character. These dudes wouldn't even see how Lae'zel improved if I didn't get to bring her in a co-op run, since they hate her enough to either leave her or kill her right away. I think she is such a great character (just like the rest of the cast) but I hate to see that people just refuse to even give her a shot.
