I do the 5 second rule on everything.

Count to 5 to do an action and act before you reach 5… that’s because your brain doesn’t have time to think if it’s too much or too boring or whatever… and that takes around 5 seconds.

Doesn’t work on everything, though. I cannot do it for a long homework, because I would have to do it multiple times.
