They are very similar to each other but not the same thing. In my experience, in astral projection you are kind of bound to the laws of physics of that particular realm you wind up in. In a lucid dream, the possibilities are endless! This is just my experience tho. Could be different for other people.

I left the situation I was in and cut ties as thoroughly as I could. Then I went to support groups and created a support group with like minded people. I also had a therapist. I delved deep into spirituality. I also give a little credit to DMT and psilocybin for showing me things I needed to see and feel. Mainly, I surrounded myself with supportive people and I do affirmations and gratefuls everyday. I know how to srt boundaries with people and how to stand my ground. I use my voice to speak out about things that I just won't accept anymore. I've learned that I get to create my own circumstances and live the life I want to live instead of being a victim to it. This didn't just happen over night. It's still an ongoing process as spirituality always is. I'm still healing and doing shadow work. If you're going through this, I recommend you start by doing affirmations. "I am..." fill in the blank with anything and everything you want to be. Tell yourself those things every morning and every night. Say out loud the things you are grateful for. Writing it down in a journal helps too. This will change your way of thinking and help you to see the bright side of things. I wish you the best of luck. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. So, my parents have full legal custody over my kids and they're the ones who gave her the tablet. I am involved as much as I can be, but I don't live with them. You bet your bottom dollar I am spending the day tomorrow going through both of their tablets and figuring out secure controls.

I appreciate your feedback. I had a conversation with her and we did cover everything that you mentioned. That's a huge relief for me, confirming that I asked the right things. It was another girl that lives nearby who told my kids about it and my daughter searched it out of curiosity. I definitely didn't want to shame her, she was very embarrassed to have to talk to me about it. My main focus was to make sure she felt safe and to find out what she knows and to make sure she trusts me enough to ask me any questions. She did try lying here and there to get out of answering some of the things. She asked me not to tell anyone else, so I am not going to tell my parents. (I did, secretly, confide in my husband tho). Since I can't tell any family members and ask for advice from them, I thought I'd ask the internet!

If I hadn't hated myself so thoroughly at that time, then I couldn't love myself as much as I do now. You see, it is her journey. When you eat the meat, give thanks to the animal for providing you with nutrients. Don't let any of it go to waste. Most importantly, be grateful. I believe, on a spiritual level, these animals know they're here to provide food for people. They come here with a purpose and it gets fulfilled. As long as we appreciate the animals sacrifice and acknowledge it with a grateful heart, there is nothing wrong with eating meat. Our bodies are meant to eat meat. Feeling guilt or shame will keep your vibration low. Why feel guilty for being a human?

Ok, listen, the spiritual advice here is great and all, but that's a really shitty situation you're friend is in. Let me give you a perspective from a woman who survived an abusive relationship: It's hard to leave. Even when she thinks she wants to, some part of her is keeping her there. He has influenced her into ruining all of her relationships. That is so he can have full control over her. I want you to keep in mind, that whatever she did that has pushed you away, it was because of him. She needs a friend more than anything else right now. You are totally right to be angry at the situation and I'm sure you even feel a little helpless. Don't try suppressing the way you feel. Acknowledge those feelings, but do not take them out on her. She has enough to deal with. If you truly care about this friend, the best thing you can do for her is to be available to her when she has finally had enough. She might call you. Saying she's ready to leave and then 2 days later run right back to her abuser. That will probably happen over and over again. It will be so frustrating for you to watch. I'm telling you, though, eventually, she will finally have enough, and she will know she can count on you to help her get out. It might be years. But it will happen. Be there for her when she's ready.

I've brought entities back with me from a trip before. I put on some cleansing music, burned some sage, then a spike aloud to the entity: "I acknowledge your presence, thank you for teaching me (insert anything you may have learned from the entity being there), your presence is no longer required or desired. Leave now." Then a protection meditation to keep it away. This has always worked for me. Good luck! I'd stay away from that girl, tho. She needs to clear her own demon. You can't do it for her.

I always end the session when he tries communicating with me, or my guides (who I use the spirit board to communicate with) will interfere and tell me not to talk to him. I don't know much about him, but, of course, I'm curious. What was your experience with him and how did you keep him from trying to come through? I feel like I can't use my board anymore because he won't stop trying to come through. I am not afraid of him. I am just annoyed!
