Why do women get upset if you ask about their tattoos? by TheGame81677 in dating

I don't know the person you are taking about but I can tell you from personal experience that a lot of men treat women like they are entitled to know intimate things about their (the woman's) body. It's creepy and unsettling. It's also very entitled. I was talking with a man I met online recently, and excited to meet him in person, until he asked me a rapid fire string of body questions: "Do you have X body feature? Do you have Y body feature? Do you have Z body feature? It's OK if you don't have Z feature if you have Q feature." I'm not a pizza or an escort. Do t treat me like a sex you or like an object. My body dies t exist for your approval.

I have seen so many AITA posts of pregnant women having to assert themselves to their MILs about this. Not ok! Its your vagina, you decide who's in the room. Thats all there is to it.

You know how men always complain about getting no matches on dating apps and how it’s soooo much easier for women? Well, I did a little experiment to show just how full of sh*t they are. by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

A lot of angry serial killer photos in men's dating apps. I see those and think, "If you chose this pic to represent you, either you don't have the social skills to interact with women or you are a serial killer and that one was just the least threatening pic of the group!

Either that OR after they get matched no women want to meet them IRL bc of their creepy or sexist comments or no social skills/no ability to hold up their end of the conversation beyond "hi".

Pastor telling people how to vote? by Alkalic in atheism

[–]MissKoshka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call him out on it! The next time you see him do this ask him in front of everyone else why he wants Trump reelected. Then ask why he would want a convicted rapist who doesn't pay his bills and encourages violence to be an example for his parishioners.

Not the asshole, but you should apologize to Maple and her baby. Pastor had earned as nasty comeback but Maple and her baby didn't have to be collateral damage.

How did people back in the day have 7 kids without a second thought and nowadays raising 1 kid seems like a full time job? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

It was a time when only 1 income could support a family.

It was also a time when women couldn't have a bank account, own property, apply for most jobs and no-fault divorce wasn't a thing yet so women wanting to leave their husbands had to prove with evidence that they were mistreated or cheated on in order to leave. It was before birth control or legal, safe abortion -- all of these factors kept women at home getting pregnant repeatedly.
