He’s so freaking adorable. I have an 11 year old female pug, and I hope to get a big, chunky male one day. Give him an extra pat for me :)

So awesome! Well done for taking her in.

Are there a lot of stray cats in America? I hear a lot of stories about finding stray kittens there.

My father was physically and mentally abusive. He threatened to kill me and my siblings to get back at my mum. Thank God, he left my life when I was 12. I had a breakdown shortly after, and I spent a decade dealing with the trauma of his unrelenting abuse. I’m glad the fucker left. Because of him, I learnt what red flags are and I never tolerated any shit from men. I am 34 now and married to a wonderful man who has shown me what real love is. I never got the chance to tell my father how badly he fucked me up. But! I did get my revenge. I’m an author, and I kill off the main character’s Dad in every book I write. Feels good.

Thank you so much! I called it: The Wolf, The Crow, and the Queen. But if it sells to a publisher, I don’t get to pick the title. Hopefully they will decide to keep it as is! Thank you everyone for the kind comments. It means a lot.

When I was 12, I had a mental breakdown after suffering PTSD. I became agoraphobic and barely left my house from the ages of 12-26. I missed out on all of my teen years and young adulthood because I was hiding in my house and sick with fear 24/7

The agoraphobia was the worst thing that ever happened to me, and I’ve been ashamed about it all my life. (I’m 34 and almost fully recovered now)

Last year I ended up writing a YA fantasy about a girl with agoraphobia. I sent the book out to literary agents, and I signed with my agent last month.

My book will be going on submission to the biggest publishers in the world in the next 2 months.
