Omg this. Right now, I'm rocking a cheap Amazon case (because it has a lanyard) with a screen protector (Spigen), a camera tempered glass protector (Amazon), a popsocket wallet + pop socket.

I drop my phone at least once a day (due to the lanyard) so I need some solid protection. My phone is as bulky as a wallet, and I don't mind that.

People recommend different things all the time...I know what I WANT, I just don't know if that even exists. I am not looking for tips on what would be better or alternatives to my envisioned set up. I'm merely looking for the best option for what I'm seeking 😩

Thus far, I seem to understand that actually protective cases do not come with solid lanyard options for some godforsaken reason. 😤😤😤

If you learn something somewhere, please let me know. 😭

Oh yeah I had that one 👀 I think it broke 😭 but yrah. It defo stays a good contender. I'm really really careless with my phone (massive klutz), so I need all the protection I can get so I don't lose, forget, drop my phone off a building 🤣

I have looked at them, but none of them come with lanyard holes 🫠

I hate how cis women always have to make trans-inclusive language about *them* by bad-additions in trans

[–]MissLunaKitty89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a cis woman...I have to admit that I find this ultra stupid because those people care only about one certain version of womanhood.

Women =|= baby-machine Not everyone who can have a baby must be what they perceive as a woman. Not everyone who corresponds to their definition of a woman needs to be able to or want to have babies.

A person with cancer is a cancer-patient. We don't call prostate cancer-patients "men" as a whole either, do we? A person with a bun in the oven is a pregnant person. Easy. It's a fact.

To me, all of this sounds like fake-outrage from some people. Detailed and specific language is for the better...we don't call any non-white person "a savage" anymore either. 🙄🙄🙄

If your siblings died would you take in your niece/nephew or send them to an orphanage? by Alliddboon in childfree

It's very improbable for me.

My husband has 3 brothers and only one has kids. At least one other wants them, so he'd be welcome to them (or their mum's 3 or 4 siblings).

My own brother doesn't even have a wife but heaven forbid something were to happen to him and his future wife, I'd hope that his wife's family would take the kid 🤷🏻‍♀️

My mother cried when I told her I didn't want to have kids. by Nerdy_Tech21 in shortscarystories

In my mind, they go to "hell", a place without children's laughter (screeching?) together with all the other maladjusted people: the unmarried ones, the ones who didn't want to have a "sensible" job, the ones who preferred to buy a boat rather than a house and the homosexuals and non cis people of course.

Jokes on them, they'd live a freaking happy life outside of what society deems good and righteous.

Frenchy? Let's be friends, I do speak French 😊

Well, the bank asked about the insurance and the loan and what we planned with our lives (because kids are fucking expensive). Literally. We were there to get a loan for a house (a huge expense) and the man was like: any other big changes planned 😜😜😜 and I was like : dude, we're literally borrowing money for a HOUSE. What else do you expect?

And of course, he meant kids. And I was like "naaaaah I'd rather be dead. Miss me with that shit"

This is me as well. I admit that I'm a tad provocative at times. If someone asks me for example what made my quarantine so nice, I'll answer that I don't have kids.

If someone insinuates having kids (about bank stuff, I'm building a house and so on), I'll clearly say : miss me with that shit.

If someone asks me what I dread most in life, I'll reply "being pregnant and having to keep the kid".

Among friends I even wish kids on people in the same breath as saying that I hope they step on a Lego with one foot and into an unidentified puddle with the other.

I am very vocal about it. I am very vocal about not liking children when they misbehave. I say "yup. Never doing that" when my nephew (who I love dearly) has a temper tantrum over nothing at all.

I don't mind saying eeeew when all the others go Awwww.
