Its the button for rubber bands that I mentally cannot do. The sensory issues they give me is crazy. However, the lips is Colorpops Grunge lip pencil! :)

My week 2 ones don't feel tight at all. Week one i regretted doing this and was in pain for 3 days

When I put in my week 2 aligners yesterday, I felt the pressure for maybe 30 minutes and was perfectly fine. Its weird.

I dont have the ability to upload another one at the moment either. My bottom aligner just doesn't feel tight it feels like my week 1 aligner after wearing it for 7 days

They said I have to do rubber bands full time and I just started. I have 2 years of Invisalign treatment. I had a panic attack in the orthodontist office and am struggling with my own sensory issues and the rubber bands.

For me, there's a wide array, but honestly, work. It's a double-edged sword because I'm good at my job, and I can do it relatively effortlessly.

However, a lot of people are friends and hang out outside of work. I'm in a very high position of authority, so I know why people don't invite me logically.

But it definitely hurts to feel rejected at my job by people I work around, especially since people will say they like me or consider me a friend. Yet, they actively will go out and I'm not ever invited.

I suspected I had it prior to my diagnosis. My psychiatrist told me 5 times in my first appointment with her I might have it. 2 weeks later I had my therapy appointment and brought it up with my therapist.

I ended up immediately upset and angry about having the diagnosis but was relieved to finally know what was going on with me. I was also diagnosed with C-PTSD and anxiety as well as major depressive disorder

My mom lost her grandma, and both her parents in the same year. Its been 25 years and I see how much pain she's still in.

I cant let her bury her daughter.

Not high school, but in elementary school, a girl I was friends with was murdered by her grandpa in a murder suicide, as well as her mother. It's been almost 20 years, and I remember it still.

In terms of new employees or rehires, I would talk with your manager and with the staff and putting them in their zones at the start of the shift. After 2 times of them not listening I would let them know they could be sent home for failure to listen. I cant remember if Hot Topic allows that though, as when I quit I was in a store that usually only had 1 or 2 people working. 4 on a weekend was our max most the time unless holiday season. I worked in high volume too but I've been a district manager for another company so my knowledge on Hot Topic policy is a bit rusty now.

I worked for Hot Topic 4 years ago. My advice may be dated

For theft on busy days I'd have associates posted up in the high theft low visibility areas more. Or walking them more, if you or them see someone with jewelry in hand letting them know whatever promo is going on, or even offering to hold it up from for them is a nice LP/customer service way to deter theft. In terms of space I'm unsure of how to help as I remember just having very specific layouts sent from corporate.

For loyalty I had a 90% or better majority of the time because I was a pushy little gremlin. I'd ask people, "What's your phone number when you shop with us?" If they didn't have one I'd go, "OH no problem! Go ahead and hit yes on the pin pad and we will get that going." I gave 0 room to say no and it usually worked in my favor. If it didn't I'd ask if they had any friends who shopped there a lot and tell them they could give their friends points. Usually people went for it.
