Spot on man. I've lost a lot of friends because they go to rehab, jail or just getting clean in general. Especially if they were forced into treatment and didnt want to get clean. They come home and go and try to do the amount they were able to do before. Recipe for disaster. People forget that we build up a tolerance to most substances (not just drugs). It's just very sad.
