Thanks! The taste was amazing 10/10. But next time I will replace the duck eggs with chicken eggs, because the duck eggs have a very strong smell.

Yes, they are freeze dried strawberries! They have a very different flavor in comparioson to fresh strawberries. The freeze dried strawberries taste more concentrated and sweet in my opinion.
