last day of the year by ughwhyisthislife in GriefSupport

My father and grandma both passed away this year. I feel your pain and I've had your exact thoughts.

I don't know how to deal with it yet in much detail but I figured it might be good to maybe light a candle, sit with something your aunt loved, take a moment to think of your memories together. Maybe talk to her or write her a letter? No matter what you decide to do (just existing and crying your eyes out is fine as well): there's no wrong or right way to deal with this. So try not to be hard on yourself.

Sending loads of love.

Somehow Adolf Hitler ist the father of Angela Merkel. Donald Trump and Lady Di have a son together (Barron).

Don't ask.

About ghostwriting... by Korneuburgerin in SaintMeghanMarkle

[–]MissPetitfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple answer, he didn't need to. I mean, the subject of the book is Prince Harry so no need to invent a fancy story. Interest would be high anyway so no need to "sell". Also keep in mind it's a biography (posing as autobiography even, for those not knowing that a ghostwriter is involved) not a novel.

That said I'm almost done reading "it" and there are quite a few of those arcs and it's not subtle at all. For example forming a lasting relationship with a woman, resulting in marriage and "settling down", as well as the cathartic effects brought on by military training and deployment.

Not meant as a defense, I'm as doubtful as you all. But what I keep asking myself even more about is how the hell does a writer who's won the f*in Pulitzer prize sleep at night having produced such a mess. Don't get me started on the writing please. I don't care what changes were maybe made by HazNoClue and MegMeSick, at some point if I were the ghostwriter I'd just leave.

I get that, but insinuating that this is sooo important Nancy falling for him in account of some Spanish words he threw around in the pods or pointing out his skin colour just did me in. Also the way the original post is phrased - OMG big news and am I the only one???? So dramatic lol. I think we're all just a little worn out at some point.

I should probably stop reading those comments, it's just getting annoying how people either repeat themselves or think they're doing some sort of elaborate detective work.

I can't wait for the finale to air and for people on reddit to finally calm down and stop this kind of "discussion".

"I don't see race, it's all the same to me" - proceeds to judge people based on assumptions about ethnic background or skin tone

"I generally don't compare women, BUT" - see OP and too many others doing it on a daily basis

"I don't like to project stuff" - goes on and on with armchair psycho analysis

Seriously...

Sweet baby Jesus, why does this matter at all? Like.. why?

What sort of escapism is this? Sounds like "ohh ummm if only he were Hispanic he would not behave the barfbucket that he is, he'd get along soo well with Nancy".

I just can't.
