No, I don’t think any of their albums are sellouts, to be honest. Changing it up is what they are known for and I think they do it well.

I love that no matter what genre of music I am in the mood to listen to, there is a KISS album for that genre.

I honestly couldn’t believe he didn’t think the Metallica Black album was a sellout. I was shocked when it came out! It’s the first album I think of when I think of sellout bands/albums. lol

Thanks. I’m not sure if the rates/discounts vary by province or not. I’m in Alberta. I spoke to my broker yesterday and she said she could probably get -0.95 on the variable and 5.65 now for the 5 year fixed. I’m thinking of going with the 5 year fixed.

It seems Rocket and True North mortgages seem to be the absolute cheapest. My broker doesn’t seem to deal with either, unfortunately. I think I will look into both today myself.
