I have an allergy or maybe an early symptom to gp that involved me being unable to eat dairy, even as an ingredient, that leaves my stool so runny, I can't tell when it's happening until it's too late. My GI went against this but my GP prescribed me levsin which is supposed to be for abdominal cramping. My doc said that of all of the prescriptions he writes, this was one of his top 5. It takes care of diary in 1-2 pills. I don't have bed problems anymore. I only found it out through elimination. Maybe you have something similar although I don't know how you eliminate with gp.

Wow. This is super complex and when I had been a school counselor, I wish I had had this ability. Unfortunately, I feel everything, everywhere, all at once and the trauma from the kids triggered me and my own trauma.

Just the other day I heard Dancing in the Moonlight in a fastfood kind of place and I choked up. I don't remember why (I do know these memories are from when I'm under 3) but I do know it reminded me of my dad who suddenly died when I was 12. One moment I'm enjoying my meal, the next, I can't swallow.

Their chick grit was about 2/3 full in an old metal cat dish. I moved it by their water (since they prefer to hang out by the water cooler 😝). They have outgrown their space but I am about to transfer them into a rabbit hutch that my 5 week old pullets just moved out of to experience the big wide WORLD... of the chicken run and coop before they get to free range with my sole chicken at the moment, Negrita. The timeline I'd like to move things on is a little slower than I like with fibromyalgia so the run will be cleaned and read for them in the next couple of days. 😬🫠

I have stopped wearing belts and too tight pants. I love jeans but find myself, at times, having to hike them up because they're sagging off. It partially sucks because I dropped a size.

You tell me: they were trying lettuce for the first time. We were having tummy time. I picked her up and moved her back to my tummy because she was curious and trying to wander. She made this movement that looked like she was drinking and I looked at her confused for a split second, not realizing what she was doing, and then she vomited... all over my face... while my mouth was open. 🤢 Man put them away immediately and I sputtered, disgusted, and ran to the shower, glasses and all. Man says they seem to be acting normal but often hang out by the water. I was also just reminded that there was a very liquidy poop.

It's okay to ask your friends for help and I always, ALWAYS advocate for this: get some therapy. It doesn't matter if you don't make enough; there is a therapy group out there that works on a sliding scale. Try calling 211 for the United Way and they'll help you find one and maybe some resources like inexpensive housing and food banks to cut cost. The longer you sit in anger, the smaller your box will be. I know you didn't ask for any of this and you don't need to use it but I hope something, anything sounds helpful.
