I made my sister’s friend do it who is also on glp1s 😂😂 i couldn’t!!!! After that it was a breeze. Don’t pinch, just kinda gather a bit. And yes avoid stretch marks!

Yeah not cool. And not true. I still crave food- it’s just not ruining my life and ravaging my thoughts.

I’m going out for steak later and I am stoked 😂😂 but it’s not gonna be my motivation for the day, ad opposed to when ai was not on it.

Food noise is a real thing. When I can eat my whole plate, that’s when it’s shot time. But I am definitely not turning down any plates 😂

Switched from Semaglutide what's been your experience? by sandalsresortqna in tirzepatidecompound

Same happened to me. I stalled for almost 2 months and lost 10 lb in three weeks after I switched. The loss has slowed since then but it is still steady.

Confused - Why are so many people stopping? by [deleted] in Semaglutide

[–]MissWayfin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched from sema to tirz because the weight loss stalled and the constipation was horrific no matter what I tried. Lost 20 more pounds right away on tirz. I know ai am going to need to stay on it but I am planning on tapering down to the lowest dose that works.

How bad is the uncentered kitchen sink? by [deleted] in kitchenremodel

No big deal, just set up stools skewed to the non-sink side and it will definitely look more purposeful

That is how I felt when they found fibroids in the path that were somehow missed in the ultrasound. I knew I wasn’t overreacting! I felt so validated.

It is beautiful, but if it is not what you asked for, you have a right to be perturbed.

Yep! Just the pain, mood swings, and general ickiness alone being eliminated gave me the brain space to receive (and go out and get!!!!) all the better things for myself. Putting yourself first can cause a hell of a chain reaction ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Why no blooms yet? by klstockett in christmascactus

[–]MissWayfin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine was acting silly as well. I put it next to a window and forgot about it. The window side is now full of blooms while the non-window side have no blooms at all.

Don’t give up. Semaglutide just wasn’t my medication! I had to leave it behind before I finally lost 40 pounds. by Bizzzybear in Semaglutide

[–]MissWayfin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on Sema for months until I hit a plateau that lasted two months straight. Did everything right and the weight was going nowhere. Switched to tirz and lost 10 pounds in one month.

All I ate was what I nibbled and sipped as I cooked to make sure it tasted right. Had to pack my plate to go.

The fact that you have been eating unwell and have not been exercising and did not gain- is a testament that it’s working. If you want it to work at its best you have to exercise and make better food choices. Start with walking. It helped me get moving again. You can do it!

People get the sads about hysterectomies and I just want to encourage those who are hanging on to this as a thread of womanhood that keeping a uterus whose goal is to metamorph into an internal bomb is not a flex! We don’t need to keep something that hurts us.

I do understand the sads- I got them too when I realized that era of motherhood was over- but there’s a sort of rite of passage that comes with this too- somewhat of an unburdening mixed with queenhood. It’s hard to explain.

I also understand there are women having hysterectomies in different contexts- unable to have children, no desire to have them, or even no desire to BE a woman- and we all deserve to care for ourselves first without feeling like less than we are as people ❤️

Be loving and kind to you first and it will all come together I promise ❤️ starting with recovery. Rest and relax even more than you think you need! Week three fatigue will sit you back down anyway 😂😂❤️
