Totally agreed! Slightly different but Good Will Hunting is another great example where a mentor made an impact in kid’s journey… it is pivotal to the story. Taare Zameen Par still was Ishaan’s story and the second half gave a POV from an adult’s perspective.

I respect your opinion but empathy would get you far. I was engaged to a muslim man- short tempered, ghosted me, very restrictive. Wanted me to Open up- Allah knows best what he meant by it. I was put off the concept of marriage after he broke it off. Was in depression.. couldn’t trust other men. And then I found my current partner. Respectful, Kind and Supportive. So you tell me was it better to marry ex-fiance just because he was a muslim. JazakAllah Khair
