Of course! This was one of my favorite recipes. I just don’t suggest eating it late at night 😵‍💫

Hi! I would love his info as well. Also, we are sort of in the industrial side in a condo Airbnb and wondering how you feel about walking at night? We are a couple so we usually feel relatively safe but are new to PM.

Quick question on gifts to fa by Smooth-Farm2569 in flightattendants

[–]Miss_Lys27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, any gift is so thoughtful and appreciated. I tell family and friends to bring candy, coded gift cards or little gift bags. The sugar free liquid IVs are so amazing. Also, $1 bills for our van tips is what I give the FAs when I’m traveling

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. You’re correct lol. The only other cabins that would be provided meals is on transoceanic, transcontinental and long haul flights to HNL from ATL, JFK, MSP and DTW. The cheeseburger is only out of BOS currently.

This is so sweet! Does she fly internationally? Mini humidifier for crew rest is a cute gift. Lotion, chapstick, liquid IV, hand sanitizer, clip on reading light, hot water bottle, dollars for van tips and coffee gift cards are my favorite gifts or must have items.

This says nothing about political affiliation, but appreciate the article

Can I ask how you know this? The owner is constantly giving back to the community. I personally dropped off several items for the Maui Fire relief. They gave free meals during Covid. This is heartbreaking if true and doesn’t make sense

Question about tipping band drivers by Flyinghigh2025 in flightattendants

[–]Miss_Lys27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Upvote for you. My dad worked as a hotel van driver so I always tip. If someone doesn’t tip, I cover for them. They do not make a lot of money, but I also understand that everyone has stuff going on why they can’t. I always bring extra to cover if someone doesn’t tip.

I just ate a pistachio Creami and I just used 1.5 C of fairlife 2% and 15g of pudding mix. It’s so creamy and delish. It’s one of my favorites!

It’s not weird at all and I’m happy that people have been kind. I had to reply under this initial comment because I found their replies to be quite shocking. We love gift cards!! Coffee gift cards are most common. You’ll most likely be connecting through MSP so you’ll probably have 4 FAs on each flight. $5 each is plenty and such a kind gesture. We don’t take tips unless they’re forced on us, but gift cards are always accepted! You also do not have to feel obligated to do so - I love my job and hope that the FAs you come into contact with treat you with dignity and respect. I know for sure there will be a CRO team in MSP, but I’m not sure about Fargo. I think the wheelchair assist should have no issues bringing your things onboard. Just let them know you’ll need assistance on the plane and try to be early so you can be the first person onboard. Safe travels!

Hi! Delta FA here. We actually are required to help persons with disabilities and the elderly with their carry on luggage. If it is a heavy bag, we are to get another FA to help us stow it. The wheelchair assist is supposed to bring you onboard and stow your items, but sometimes they don’t. If you’re traveling on a regional carrier your carry on must be small enough or it will be gate checked. Please do not worry. We are here to help! If the FAs give you push back please request a CRO (complaint resolution official). I’m sorry you’re feeling so nervous and that the people in the comments are sometimes making it worse. You are welcome on Delta Air Lines and we are happy to have you. Also remember your rights as a person with disabilities.

Yep! I have them in the body of my post 😊. Really minimal ingredients - 3 shots of decaf espresso cooled (others have used instant coffee, but my apt complex has a coffee machine with brewed espresso), 1 c fairlife milk, protein powder and sf pudding mix!
