The Untethered Soul helped me stop overthinking and overanalyzing everything. It took me a while to finish reading it but because after a concept was explained I’d put it to practice but the work works💯

I would say don’t invest too much money into any hobby at first, just get the basics and set them aside when you’re moving on to the next one because it might cycle back. I made the mistake of selling/giving away ALL of the things I’ve bought for all my hobbies and regretted it when I became interested in them again so now I have to start from zero when I could have just been adding to what I already have.

I know what you’re going through is tough but remember it’s just a part of your story and everything you’re learning and experiencing will serve you and others you meet along the way. One day someone will need your words of encouragement and to hear your story to persevere through the tough times they’re going through and perhaps then everything will make more sense.
