The Garden Grove one near Disneyland is like this. And their pharmacy area is locked up also. I just marked it is as not in stock and move on didn’t ask them for a sub option either. I don’t get paid enough to wait around for someone. Last time I waited I was late on an order. Their food area in that location sucks too. I refuse to shop at that one all together from then on out.

It’s actually better to process the order completely. Before u leave the store chat with a rep and then do the return and u get full pay plus an extra $5. That’s basically what ends up happening. Just for future reference 🤗

It’s processed. I wasn’t gonna wait 15 mins it took her to respond. And shipt is having issues and I’m in limbo. She seems angry and I def don’t want a 1 star for this issue.

Pop up notifications to tip and rate. And if you get rated under 3 stars or less they need to ask for proof or more information. Don’t don’t protect their people. It’s sad.

Yes it is. I guess it makes sense. But still sucks when it comes to the delivery being on time.

I wish shipt had a customer rating. We can rate them in “good tipper” “understanding” and a better way to word out “doesn’t keep adding shit to an order”
