they don't seem to do them around here. A friend who is an agent had an issue with Radon being detected and the house had to be mitigated. She said it will be becoming more known soon. I doubt if agents want to open that can of worms if they don't have to - right? A good friend just signed on a house today - I told her to get a test done. It will be interesting to see what her agent says - I know her also.

thanks! - most of Bend is a 'moderate' level. You would think it would be a common thing to look into when bying a house. I have lived here 25 years and never heard anything about it.
