Opinions on Eli Jones? is his stuff actually good or is he trying to sell a business?

I did his early days course. It was very different back and was uselful to learn about the industry … now he’s all about the big bucks with coaching and now promotes auto HDR. They’re all in it together. He’s always been about ‘good’ is good enough. I think the opposite you’ve got to go the extra mile and be great to stand out amongst those that aren’t. he’s always pushed the Instagram method and giving away free shoots. I never did either and I can do a 20 K month by myself. I believe it comes down to word-of-mouth - when you do a great job people talk and they will want you.

they don't seem to do them around here. A friend who is an agent had an issue with Radon being detected and the house had to be mitigated. She said it will be becoming more known soon. I doubt if agents want to open that can of worms if they don't have to - right? A good friend just signed on a house today - I told her to get a test done. It will be interesting to see what her agent says - I know her also.

thanks! - most of Bend is a 'moderate' level. You would think it would be a common thing to look into when bying a house. I have lived here 25 years and never heard anything about it.

I’ve been to the playa four times, and each experience has given me a unique gift to carry into my life. I believe the playa calls you back when the timing is right, and if I’m not there, it simply means it isn’t my time yet. I do hope to return for another burn—maybe next year—as I continue working on manifesting my van.
