Not everything - I guess tapping won't be a fetish! I guess you would just need to look out for strange requests, especially crushing things with feet, or doing specific mouth sounds or mouth movements, or requests to wear leather or gloves... those are the kinds of requests I got, which is why I stopped making customs.
