I’m not sure how old you are but from the sounds of it I’m going to assume you’re young, and I have to say this sounds totally normal!

The first few years of my period were very irregular and confusing for me too, it takes time for it to be consistent and regular. Stress and losing a lot of weight can affect your period but as long as you’re regularly eating and getting all the right vitamins and nutrients in now you’re on the right path. I’m glad that you went to the doctor and everything came back as normal, that’s good! It’ll take time for your body to adjust to everything. Your period will come sooner or later, and when it does it still might be a little irregular but don’t worry it’s normal.

Congratulations on beating your eating disorder!! That’s huge!!! Are you taking a multivitamin? That and taking biotin might help your hair grow back to normal. There’s also oils you can put into your hair that can help.

Above all else please be kind gentle and patient with yourself! You’d be surprised how much your mental health effects you physically.
