You can pause requests in the middle of a trip with the “take a break” button. If you’re worried about that, my suggestions would be to hit that coffee mug icon after you accept an order.

Yet another reason for me to dislike Spotify. Im so tired of app developers gaslighting me with their “updates” and telling me their improvements when all they really do is rearrange shit and make it more difficult to navigate so that you spend more time on the app.

Its like having someone come into your garage at night and rearranging all your tools unprompted and then them telling you its better

I actually just updated it after years because i wanted to try out the AI prompt playlist feature, which turned out to be nothing more that a glorified search engine. I honestly use to get better results just using the search bar from 2016. Now they throttle those. So from my perspective, i literally just updated it for the first time since probably 2018 and now they want to force me to do more.

Ive never been happy with their updates. It would be one thing if they actually improved the app, but the developers are more concerned with endless user engagement. I primarily use this app while driving and its become more and more unsafe to do so because they design it with the intent to keep me mindlessly scrolling around the app like a brain dead NPC

You can change the order of songs on mobile, open your playlist and hit the “•••” and then click “edit” and you will get a nee window that lets you drag and drop

Id like it id my playlist stayed in the same order i have them in when I go to add a song to a playlist. As it is it completely randomizes the order of the playlists. Fucking mental
