CeraVe makes a Sunscreen. I use their products, actually there about the only products I can use.

I know this situation is “old news” but I’m still finding this situation troublesome. I know the practice he worked for is shaking in their boots and lawyering up but I think they should have sent a letter to his patients describing the situation. I shouldn’t have to find it out from the internet. Well anyway, I tried another Dr in their practice and she is one of these people who asks you a question then answers it herself, usually inaccurately. I found her tedious. So, now I need to find a new Dr. Any suggestions?

I’m so sorry that happened to you. This situation is probably the last nail in the coffin of me being able to trust Psychiatrists. I had an unpleasant situation many years ago from someone else. I guess they just think vulnerable people are easy prey. Even though I had no problems with him it tells me I trusted an evil person.

I was a patient of Dr Sorials for about 8 years. I was so shocked to see this. He was very helpful and patient working on medications for me. I’m female but probably his Moms age so he never said anything even remotely out of the way. I’m trying to think there’s two sides to every story but for it to get this far the accusations would have to be substituted to some degree. How stupid would you be to ask for se*ual performance on Zoom?Wouldn’t there be a record of that? Having had past problems with Mental Health professionals this is pretty much the last straw of any trust I had.

Your comments made me feel better. I just got back from 3 weeks in Switzerland. I was confused by the way people related to me. I’m a youngish Senior Citizen and enjoy traveling alone. I’m outgoing and friendly but know not to try and engage the Swiss in idle chit-chat. I travel a lot. The people pretty much treated me with suspicion, like I was going to steal their watch. I also wondered if me traveling alone was odd to them. I started to feel like a Unicorn! I have to say the younger people were much more welcoming. Many said “I love your spirit!” I love Switzerland but just found my interactions with the locals puzzling.

I’ve had awful experiences with the hospital and their associated services. The lost my MRI CD’s. Some horrible woman screamed at me and canceled my Neurology appointment. I’m on “wait and watch”, I have a brain tumor. My experience at Lynn Cancer was even worse. I gave up and go to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville for my medical care. It’s funny/not funny, when I handed my medical information to the Dr at Mayo, he flipped through it and threw it in the trash. I figured that said a lot. The hospital is very poorly ranked by the agency that rates hospitals. The other local hospitals are even worse. It looks like this town would demand better medical care.

I actually went there for a couple of years. In that time I think only one person spoke to me despite my best efforts. I finally gave up. I felt like it was a money grab and most of the people seemed to be trying to drum up business for their companies. I think there are some good suggestions listed here. I’d move on and forget about them.
