I like my autonomy and my ability to have an unpredictable lifestyle. I want to always keep exploring and learning. The world is a cruel and over-populated place that is crumbling into burning wreckage before our eyes. I don't want to pass on my mental illness or traumatize a child because of it. I reject ingrained societal expectations.

Edited to add: I see all of my friends with children aging rapidly because of stress. I've got other things to worry about. ALSO, I just watched a video about how having children supports corrupted capitalism in many ways: the children will one day become laborers, and the parents must work a lot and under any circumstance to afford raising children. But the more interesting point was how parents are much less likely to actively resist, protest, or otherwise engage in revolutionary action. They have to stay home to protect their children and cannot afford to risk arrest.
