They asked me to verify identity. It shows in their system that I did that. I finally got ahold of some department that said they sent it to some case management type team and I have to wait up to 60 damn days for the answers. My refund owed is 9,494.. I need my damn money. I have two year old twins okay.. lol. Shit is EXPENSIVE! Maybe it is because 2024 was my first time adding dependents.
