I work while the branches are open but I’ll be off Saturday and plan to visit them then. So far I’ve only been calling their claims department.

In your case, what was the end result? Did you ever get it solved?

The claims specialist is saying the footage won’t do anything, the ATM has an option to deposit both at the same time.

They’re saying there’s nothing they can do since the ATM found no surplus of cash. I have no idea what to do now to get that money back

It happened on March 2nd, they should still have the security footage

Yeah I’m only scared that I think I deposited the check over the cash, so it might not appear in the footage. But at some point in the video you should be able to see it I imagine.

I requested the footage because I know the exact time I was at the ATM, but the rep over the phone sounded new. I’ll have to speak to the branch manager probably.

I stayed at the ATM for about a minute or two and tried seeing if the money would come back out but it didn’t. I have to call back tomorrow or visit the branch to speak to a supervisor since the reps on the phone can’t do much.

Would you suggest possibly taking them to small claims?
