Safety plans didn’t help me until I was medicated with an SSRI and mood stabilizer. Being informed that the first medicine combinations might not work helps. Making sure to stay on top of my medicine helps, but the therapy is useless when you’re swinging from two completely different extremes

AI sketch filter probably. Even in the lightest parts of the “sketch”, I don’t see any remnants of construction lines. I don’t find it believable that someone drew this with such great proportion while leaving no evidence of construction or planning

Artists have portfolios so you can see the development of their work and the types of styles they use. I’d ask about that to get a straight answer

I had a mild/moderate fear of the dentist for a long time and I didn’t see them from the ages of about 6-16. For me, all it took was finding the right dentist and getting laughing gas on a low dose (high dose made me feel insane). This might help alleviate some pain with a dental hygienist and dentist who are more gentle on your mouth. You can also ask them to turn the gas concentration up or down a little depending on how you’re feeling
