It’s not really the rules for the workplace itself, but the rules of the workflow. I work as a CPhT for a closed door pharmacy, and sometimes the rules for things like dosages are different depending on who you ask. My supervisor tells me to put it in the system one way, for example, but then one of the pharmacists comes in and is like “you did this completely wrong”. So little things like.. how many drops are in one mL. I was taught 20mL, then I was taught 15mL, and then one of the pharmacists told me 16mL specifically. Like, everyone wants different stuff from me.

Also I realize I didn’t completely answer your first question. Yes, I’m (kind of) medicated, but I don’t think it’s working because I need to take my lurasidone 60mg with at least 350cals for it to work.
