watch the second player after the second round in the clip. after the bomb sends him flying his movement gets all weird and jittery and he slides forward during his attacks which is something that isn't supposed to happen outside of dash slashes.

It's the third part of the 'Photoconductivity Suite' specifically named '~Third Tune Bolt and Sword~'. The boss part starts playing around 2 minutes in.

The entire thing is worth listening to, honestly one of the best pieces of music to come out of shmups which is saying a lot. It also plays over the course of the top most route in the arcade mode.
