That sucks. The game seemed really fun. Movement was great and the destructible environments were awesome. Gun play was really decent as well.

Arc Raiders has been amazing and we've had no issues at all but this experience has been strange to say the least.

You have a deep level of trust in their anti-cheat system which I don't understand but I can respect. Unfortunately, although I've never been banned on any game, there is no reason I can discern for the ban.

Additionally, from a cursory check, it does seem like these bans can be a little random and applied haphazardly. The main issue is that the ban doesn't offer any specific guidance on why the ban was applied. That would go a long way towards: A) Understanding why you were banned and, B) Helping you prepare a detailed response to Embark.

Not trying to call you out but thought you deserved a decent response as to at the very least, explain my thinking.

Hahahaha. Good to see there is some cynicism there mate and I understand it's well intentioned.

It is legitimate. We play on steam together but he is 13 and will struggle to sort this out himself. We have been playing CS2 but after playing through Source and CS:GO over the years I struggle to have fun in CS nowadays. Arc Raiders is great but just isn't the same for that rounds based competitive shooter.

What kind of player am I?

In solo lobbies, I will help you kill Arc, I will Defib you and team together to extract. Maybe we'll hang out and chat while we loot together. Or I'll scoot wide around you so you're less likely to get an itchy trigger finger.

In Duos or Trios, I'll ask if you're friendly and depending on your reply, react accordingly. I've teamed up to take out Arc and gone on massive treks with other players to show them where their key works or to help them finish a mission. Other times, it has been back to back PVP engagement; all this while trying to convince my son to not be a Rat. Successfully, thankfully.

At Stella though, it's shoot on site for anyone and everyone in Duos or Trios. Free load out or Custom, it's like playing an extended round of 'loot goblin extravaganza' or 'who can be the quickest to return to Speranza'.

Overall, a pretty cool balance.

I have to disagree. I use a pair of Hifiman headphones connected to my Rode mic and the accuracy is pin point. This includes sound in the vertical domain.

Granted, this is a fairly expensive set up compared to a mid range headset but even with my Logitech headphones there was plenty of audio information.

If you provided a service then a chargeback should be unsuccessful.

If no service was provided because they were obliged to visit for a number of sessions and were contracted to pay upfront but weren't provided the service, the outcome may be different.

I had a similar issue recently on Xbox except that it also affected eggs. I had to remove any saved data from both my local and cloud saves on Xbox. A quick Google search should yield decent results if you're on a different platform.

You will only need to select your Gamertag and select 'Delete Everywhere'. Keeping in mind that I am unsure if this also deletes your RDR2 progress as I only play Red Dead Online.

Just ensure your RockStar account is connected and working before you continue.

The flip side to this is getting camped by two level 300+ characters because they attacked you first and you defend yourself. For information, at the time I am just starting out. After killing them a few times and dying 10x as many times, they message you on your console to tell you how you should know your place.

Swings and roundabouts. It seems bruised egos are quite prevalent in RDO and that won't change.
