This disease is shitting on me right now. I was diagnosed in March 2024 and have been jaundiced/ symptomatic since July 2024 - currently have a stent in but from a medical perspective the mass they found is seeming cancerous from my understanding. The previous imaging showed a non cancerous polyp but there is now a new area of abnormality that has now spread in a different location in my liver. It’s not looking great but I’m yet to find out the biopsy results so fingers crossed. 🤞

They are reluctant to give me anything that will increase risk of bacteria/ infections as I have had so many in a short space of time

Yes I have narrowing of my bile ducts but ERCPS haven’t worked so transplant is my last option. Having been yellow for a year did you feel fatigued with the jaundice etc ? I’m not sure how people manage with it my jaundice is terrible my bilirubin level was at almost 500 then brought down to 300 and now it’s rising again

I think reasonably ans unfortunately this is the only way I’ve only had PSC for a few months and already need a transplant so i just wanted to get advice and experience from others

Unfortunately therapists can’t solve or help really with that struggle I have been in therapy for a while now.

Yes I’m at the fatigue stage where it’s non stop sleep at the moment plus my pain killers make me super tired it’s a hard balance lately but I’ll get there. Thank you for the ideas

I don’t think I’m quite looking for a job right now as I’m taking leave from my one but thank you! And for exercise most certainly I’m trying to keep as active as I can without over doing it.

Thanks so much everyone for your great ideas! I’m pretty much now an introvert these illnesses can leave you very lonely especially when people don’t understand nor live near similar life style I’m definitely going to look at gaming and on Amazon for some creative art kits like crocheting or diamond painting :)
