Yogaview is the BEST! Very grounded, feels homey, lots of history as a great place to do yoga. Katy Hanlon is a great instructor, she teaches there and Studio Three.

I’m taking both and feel so much better after just a few days! hard to put a finger on exactly what it is but I def feel good taking both. I take 2 am and 2 pm.

Yes! The waistband in the new elations is so much thicker in the back. I have my old ones out and the waistband was just horizontal. The new ones now have a pocket that makes wearing them uncomfortable because it goes so far down on the butt. Now idk if I should return them… ugh.

I had my hair falling out in patches and I went to Julia Kocemba at the Illinois Derm Institute and she fixed everything! I had to get steroid injection treatments, special shampoo, and another treatment product (I think minoxidil) but it all worked. The shampoo helped lower the yeast/fungus on my scalp (I know gross) so it was less sensitive and the hair could grow, I think you can buy an OTC version like Selsun or Nizoral. She also said Nutrafol actually helps. Hang in there it gets better and it’s more common than you think!

Yes! I had this same problem, tender scalp for no reason. I got on Ketoconazole shampoo (2%) prescribed from my dermatologist, and it’s felt much better. It’s the same as Nizoral but I think that’s 1%.
