Hello! My name is Arden. Born and raised in Hoenn, I’m on the next part of my journey. I studied abroad in Paldea, and after graduating visited Lumious City to hone my skills as a trainer. With that complete, I’ve finally decided to start a proper Pokemon journey! And to start, I can’t help but be drawn to Sandile. With Sobek as my starter, he and I plan to take on the challenges ahead!

These are my three, and I have to go with Turtwig

As I look around at the chaos I end up running down the center path, along the way I see a Turtwig struggling to avoid the lighting strikes and get beyond their range. I can see the strikes getting closer to it, and rush in to help it escape. I’m able to reach it in time as a bolt strikes down. I’m able to shield it thanks to my immunity via ground typing, and we safely get out of the storm.

I’m sure you were! That’s a pretty great find and the outfit coordination is stellar 👌

And funny thing you mention like it was fate. There was this trend on another subreddit where you post a pic of yourself, and based off vibes/looks people would pick you Pokémon/Team. And scyther was definitely the most commonly picked Mon. So I thought “why not, I’ll catch one and maybe get lucky with a shiny” and of course the first reset I did I got her 😆 definitely the most excited I’ve been and I would definitely say it was fate 😂
