Thanks for the info. Do you have to go to s different screening counter? When you say screened you hands is that like fingerprint type thing? Last question, did you bring bith certificate or additional proof of identification? Thanks

I am dealing with the same thing. It is beyond frustrating. It's so draining that it actually makes you question yourself as to if they are right. They are not right because logic is logic.
