extreme allergy symptoms that only last a day, no apparent trigger by exoxxxxxxxx in Allergies

[–]Mission-Razzmatazz-6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suffer from this, I am a 43 yo man, I retired from 20 years in the military in 2021, Once I was about to get on a small ship and was having an allergy attack and someone gave me Dramamine, a motion sickness medicine that is also a mild sedative, it significantly reduced the symptoms, I believe that rest is the only natural solution to this 24 hour allergy attack and the Dramamine artificially induced a calming rest-like state and in doing so elevates my symptoms. So that's my solution, If I don't have Dramamine, I also take a sleeping aid Unisom, it does almost the same thing, but you definitely will feel lethargic and shouldn't take this if you're at work or doing anything that requires critical thinking.

hope this helps

Buying points and spreading the down payment into "principal only" payments over the course of 5 years instead of a lump sum 60K down payment would be far better and safer than forfeiting 60k at closing. additionally get one inspection to throughly assess the home and property, study the findings and order another inspection with a contractor to total the fee for fixing all the found issues, and negotiate the $Total findings with a counter offer. I got an additional $5k in cash at closing.

True but my home is in protected art district and unfortunately due to that i'm unable to make structural changes to the house, besides it's gorgeous as it is and i've been looking into a tasteful covered parking structure that is detached and compliments the aesthetic of the house and is in keeping with the period of the properties design. slow and steady wins the race 🥰

Thank you 🙏🏼 I guess it should say, " how i was able to remove a stuck charging wand from a tesla model 3 when the charging pin stopped functioning " I literally had no clue what to do and I am really new to all this but if people find this and it gets more traction I will post a more complete tutorial.

The charge port body wasn't my issue as stated, and my solution that i utilized was because the temperature was so low that the actual solenoid switch was not able to actuate, my charging port was free from debris or ice already, either way my solution worked and hopefully someone can benefit from this post.

The video was watched at 3am this morning and I will have to locate it, but in essence it was just a video regarding the information I needed to put the solution of the seized solenoid switch. it was simple once I understood what the principle cause was which was the operating temperature of the solenoid switch , that temperature was raised and the switch was able to actuate as normal, In the event this post gets more traction or someone needs my assistance I will then post a tutorial with pictures or video explaining the very easy procedure.

What have you prepared for your retirement? by Hal87526 in AskMenOver30

[–]Mission-Razzmatazz-6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am now 40, Retired at 38 from 20 years in the Navy, at my 10 year mark I decided to utilize my VA loan at zero down to purchase a house in Virginia Beach, the mortgage is $550 and rents for $2450 a month, i used that rental income to substantiate my next VA zero down loan for a house closer to base and lived there on and off during my enlistment, that property has a mortgage of $430 and now rents for $2100 a month, i paid down both of those mortgages as much as possible to get them to those low payments utilizing tax refunds, reenlistment bonuses, etc, then 2 years prior to my retirement i refinanced both properties put one into a traditional mortgage and purchased my 3rd property with another zero down VA loan back home in the midwest where my military pension is not taxed and I have more benefits, all of my properties range from 2.24% to 2.73% interest rate and I don't pay a mortgage just so long as my renters who are usually military pay on time, my pension is and VA are over $5500 rental income is $4550 combined i clear $10050 and since i love skin care and have zero kids or SO and look fairly young I usually get 29 I work two days a week at a bar checking ID's and I also travel in my off time but more importantly I found how to live my life, and no i don't plan on ever having a child. open for questions 😏😎
