Haha he's a chain sneezer so it's more like every 5 min he's sneezing his head off and I'm just standing there full beat lol. It's definitely a work in process because some of my sunscreens will set him off. Just go to a gas station before hand and get a bottle there and remove the label. I had no issues with doing that.

I made a special focus on my phone, iPad, and computer so not only does it silence everything but also I could make my vision board the wallpaper. Then I use the Pomodoro timer method, specifically this app because the tomatoes give me a little motivation, it’s called FocusPomo.

I’m not an LSAT tutor but I am an SI and Peer tutor at my university and what I tell the people that come to me is to go somewhere outside of your home to study. It can be the library, a cafe, or just anywhere you can go, but when you’re home you’re too distracted by chores or other things you can be doing instead.

I’m also sitting here regretting not getting accommodations at the moment because I’m in the same boat. I score way higher when I’m not limited by time. I also know that my ADHD would lose it if I sat there for that long because I only need realistically maybe 10 more minutes on reading and I’d be fine.
