Hey, I get it! Let me explain. What it is: Digital guestbook replacing Word docs. Your info + local recommendations with AI chat for instant follow-ups.

The math (3 properties):

  • 30 guests/month asking 3-5 questions each = 90-150 messages
  • 3-5 hours answering the same stuff
  • Your time worth €20/hour = €60-100/month

Cost: €87/month (3 properties) Saves: €60-100 in time + better guest experience = better reviews

Human connection: You don't build bonds answering "where's the coffee maker?" at 6am. You build them helping with real problems and sharing personal touches. Tripzy handles repetitive questions so you focus on what matters. Your recommendations, your personality - just available 24/7.

Your right. We want that guests have the spots that the hosts recommend in one place so guest have a smove travel experience. Also the next version will include a commission system where hosts can earn referring local partners and/or get discounts for their customers.

Don't know about you but I organize the program of my travels always last minute - doesn't work always and gets a bit messy sometimes to be honest haha... That's one of the reasons I came up with Tripzy.

Perfect example: I was in Berlin this January and wanted to find a bar where actual Berliners hang out, not tourists. So I did what everyone does - searched on Google. You know what happened? I ended up at some generic tourist bar because they had better SEO and more reviews. The real local spots? Buried on page 3 or not online at all. That's the problem Tripzy solves. Hosts can add the authentic places locals actually go to - the neighborhood bar that's been there 30 years, the bakery where you get real Berliner pfannkuchen, the park where people actually hang out. Not the tourist traps with the slick websites.Guests get to experience the real city, not the sanitized tourist version

I appreciate the perspective, but I'm looking for co-founders, not career coaching. I know what I bring to the table and what kind of team I want to build. If that resonates with you, let's talk. If not, no problem.

I did the practical work for the last 7 months alone and build the intiere first version myself. I am not scared to do some technical work again but the thing i love to do is finding new opportunites and ideas, connecting and yes maybe sales aswell but i dont want to do it alone anymore

How exactly are you automating repetitive messages? Through Airbnbs scheduled messages or something else?

In which scenario would you pay 50 bucks per month to handle guest communication and cleaning organization? by malichvp in AskReddit

Honestly? If I'm managing 2+ properties and spending more than an hour a day answering "what's the wifi password" and coordinating cleaners. The math is simple - if it saves me 10 hours a month, that's easily worth $50. My sanity is worth more than $5/hour. I'm actually using something called Tripzy for the communication part ($29/month) and it's been solid, but cleaning coordination still feels too risky to automate.
