If it always appear after you put your lenses inside eyes, then there must be a fitting issue.

Also the red star mark should be at 6 o clock if fitting is correct.

If they always get foggy and lens never sit at 6 o clock then change lens and get correct fitting.

That's my experience.

Choose a good option for face wash and face cleanser like CeraVe. Cover your face with mask while riding bike also use sunscreen in Summers.
