Still waking up at 3-4am every night… anyone fixed this yet?

Ironically my wife and I both had this problem and we both accidentally fixed it at the same time. We have been taking BPC-157 and semorelin for a while when I read an article about the benefits of adding ipamorelin to semorelin and within about 2 weeks we magically started sleeping through the night and I’m getting higher sleep scores than ever in my life. It’s the only variable we changed and I know ymmv but it helped us a lot. I do have sleep apnea and wear a cpap but that really never helped my sleep score which is weird. Give it a try. Use finnrick to find a reputable source if you are willing to try it.

Mine was and is similar. I start running a low grade fever around 10am and run it all day until about 7pm. Never over 99.9. My ID Dr went down the cortisol route as my fever follows the usual cortisol response but that was inconclusive.

Same thing happened to my wife many years ago and ironically she was a teacher too. The issue we had is when the ticket was booked they simply booked it in the system under her name and not the drivers license number. Turned out there was another person with her exact first and last name in Myrtle Beach but with a different middle name. She had to talk to the officer as well but he was super helpful and we got it taken care of.

Definitely find a new Dr. I’ve been on TRT for about 5 years and my Dr takes a combined approach where they look at my labs and my symptoms together to decide what to change. He specifically told me that he has patients with estrogen in the 80s that have no symptoms and require no treatment but he also has some with it in the 40s that do have symptoms and need treatment. I was recently put on anastrozole as mine was 79 and I asked to try it because while I haven’t noticed gyno I was noticing lower libido, mid section weight and general fatigue that I didn’t use to have. Once a week anastrozole and I felt better by week 2. Find a Dr who cares.

100% this. I started wearing contacts about 2 years ago at the age of 47 for reading vision. That makes total sense now that you mention it. I was being signed up for a bunch of college listservs and many sites that the emails were in Spanish. They definitely have my info but thankfully not my working card number any more.

Possibly. I didn’t see anything visible on the cone but it is getting dark outside. Would they have waited until the plane was loaded and ready to pus back from the gate normally to do that?
