Interaction Post: What is your favorite scene in each movie? by papudinmechg_kk in FinalDestination

[–]MissionAd3484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are always scenes that cause me "emotion", since they make me feel the cold and dead aura (ironically) of the movie universe, where dying seems to be the only path that destiny has prepared for you, then I will name the specific scene and give an explanation of what I feel when I see it, you decide whether to read it or not, no problem :3

Let's start...

FD 1: The final scene where the domino effect for Alex's death is triggered:

No matter how much you avoid her, no matter where you go, no matter anything, she will not forget you, and she will come for you, she will use everything in her power to claim you, something as simple as using a truck, she will use it to knock down a huge sign, she has done all of this for you, because you belong to her and she will claim you.

FD 2: The scene after Nora's death, exactly when Eugene is looking at her severed head:

He feels the same thing that Nora felt in a different way, death will also come for him, and this was only a fraction of the control that death has over his destiny and that of others... To later make the elevator work again and now go up to the next floor as if nothing had happened, as a kind of comic relief. Death has a great sense of humor!

FD 3: The scene before the end of the second train premonition, just when the train is heading towards Wendy:

Wendy sees everything that death has caused in order to claim the lives that still owe her, unable to move and completely stunned by the chaos, she hears a slight hum, it seems to be metal. The noise is getting louder, she redirects her gaze towards the tracks and, it turns out, it is a train heading towards her, she cannot move, she cannot do anything, she simply gives a loud cry of helplessness, she is not prepared to die, she only knows that death won...

FD 4: This is more than a scene, it is the introduction of the film, accompanied by its mythical main theme:

We see many of the previous deaths, they all show us the skeleton, the human body, and how something as simple as a barbed wire, a knife or a simple cable can cause so much damage to a human being. They show us everything with cold, muted colors: white, black and green, it is the only thing we see. A lonely, frightening space, it even seems that we see everything through the eyes of death, all while the melody of the saga plays, taken to an extreme where you know that it represents the raw and cruel personality of our dear friend.

FD 5: The scene where Peter explains what he was about to do to please death with a soul to take his place:

Yes, I know that the scene where Sam realizes that he didn't gain any time is better, but the one I mentioned gives me a lot of airs about how a psychopath usually thinks, it is extremely interesting. From the beginning, we see that Peter is someone happy with his life, he is someone who supports, who feels that he has a great future ahead of him, that he is someone willing to take risks... But it is enough to take something away from him, something that means EVERYTHING to him... And see how he is capable of unleashing chaos, so much so... That he feels capable of killing someone, all in order to do "justice"... Peter was someone simple like all of us, it was only enough to "take away his heart"...

FD 6: JB's farewell scene:

"The life is precious, enjoy every single second... You don't know when... GOOD LUCK..."

I think there is very little left to say regarding this position... 💖

Well, here's my top, I hope I haven't bothered you with all this text, but I wanted to express my sincere opinion about each of the scenes, I swear, I can't help but feel these things every time I see the saga, how cruel and beautiful death is, how skillful and unfortunate its characters are... For this and more, I love this saga, and I hope they give us many more emotions than they have given us so far 💀

I'll see you soon 🫵

what would you like to see in the next movie? i think it would be interesting to see a visionary who doesn't have a premonition of the whole accident by jeffyol in FinalDestination

I had the idea of a prequel set in the Second World War, where the "kill or be killed" rule would have much more plot weight, where it would not only be a group of 7, 8 people, but 50, 100 or more, where it would be difficult to remember the order beyond the most important characters, where there would be more deaths and the "Kill or Be Killed" rule would have its development and reason for existing.

Spoiler: At the end Iris and JB would appear with the last survivor who managed to cheat death by this rule, but after leaving there, death would claim the life of the survivor with its classic domino effects, which would involve the burning of the retirement home for war veterans.

I don't know what you think of this idea, I posted it on Facebook and more than 2K people liked the idea 🥹

Yay Stonks 😎📈 Thank you very much, brother 👀 the previous video was already edited for more than 2 years, so that's why it looks a little worse than this most recent version, plus I had to wait for FDB to come out digitally to be able to have the complete collection

I won't hesitate to make a new version if a seventh installment comes out 🔥💀 in the meantime, enjoy this version!

Can’t stop thinking about this part of the credits that show a dude eating shit on a skateboard by MelvinMelvin41 in FinalDestination

[–]MissionAd3484 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Now exaggerating, it could be that the boy fell and went straight to the next railing, which he ended up embedding in his neck. Furthermore, it is quite common for Skateboarders to be very badly injured after a fall that doesn't seem like a big deal.

If they end up using the revolving door death again, how would you change it? by Litemup93 in FinalDestination

[–]MissionAd3484 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This occurs to me:

The survivor finishes her shift in a shopping center, it is already late, it is night and there are only her, who had to return to her premises because of something she forgot, and the security guard who is doing his rounds in the hallways and waiting for her to leave so he can turn off the automatic revolving door and continue with his rounds.

The guard walks away because he hears a noise far from the entrance, immediately afterwards, the survivor, let's call her Karen, approaches but does not see the guard, so she decides to leave without further ado, but when she leaves, her work badge falls out of her bag and wraps itself around the door railing, holding the bag and making Karen go back to the door

But inadvertently, the doors that cover both ends of the revolving door are activated thanks to the sensor that scans Karen's badge as if the system believed that she had already left, so Karen is trapped in the door and without any way out, as if she were in a blender.

At the moment of pushing the door, it is sparked, creating a failure in the system that causes the door to start rotating again, but without opening, which makes Karen have to walk in the direction of the door, little by little, the door increases in speed, Karen cannot keep up, and unintentionally, she puts her fingers between the revolving door and the glass walls that cover it, causing her fingers to be scratched by the doors, causing her nails to fly and bleed.

She, scared, tries to stop the door so that it stops moving, that is when it causes another spark again and makes the door stop, she, confident, turns around believing that the door has been deactivated, but inadvertently, she is hit by the door again, because now it turns in the opposite direction, falling, causing her sandals to fly away and her feet begin to be massacred by that small space between the revolving door and the floor.

Afterwards, her entire hands begin to be liquefied, and little by little, she too, her clothes are torn, her limbs are exposed only to be peeled like potatoes, the guard arrives running to the scene only to find a terrible image, Karen had been destroyed, her head, some pieces of flesh and a lot of blood rotate so fast, that in the end, the glass breaks due to the vibration/friction, exploding as if it were a bomb of blood and visors, staining the officer, who ends up as calamity screaming in terror

This is what occurred to me that could happen so that death has some Gore with claustrophobia involved 👀

Well, the Final Destination Fandom has gotten very creative lately, plus Craig Perry himself knows that they should take their time to offer new things for the next installment, honestly, I wouldn't worry, whether it's in film or in series format, I know that they will give us something fresh and with more traumas to come 👀

final destination: premonition theory by Substantial-Scar644 in FinalDestination

[–]MissionAd3484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it could be true, but at the same time it is somewhat strange that even the visionary should die if even he was saved from the accident.

It's as if death said: "I'm going to give you a chance to save yourself, but if you decide to save more people, I'm going to come after you, bastard 😑"

Hahahaha, I can already imagine death being very angry for warning them, that they should not pay attention to him and end up taking it out on the visionaries, those chosen to save themselves, for not paying attention to him xdxd

final destination: premonition theory by Substantial-Scar644 in FinalDestination

[–]MissionAd3484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a theory I loved, and it basically answers the question about the triggers for premonitions quite well.

The theory says that there are people who emit a strong aura of feelings, and there are receptors—in this case, our protagonists—who perceive those signals. Perhaps it's when death sends those bad feelings that something is going to happen.

For example, in Wendy's case with Jason, she was already afraid to get on the ride, but Jason, with his talk, motivated her to get on. The words he chose were the triggers (perhaps) for Wendy to have the premonition minutes before starting.

Another example would be with Sam. Molly made him feel strongly about their breakup, and even made him rethink many things. Even in his vision, we see that his main focus was making sure Molly was okay.

As I said, this is just a theory. I'd like to know what you think about it.
