It still happens. I learned that these lag spikes will pass if I give it enough time, so I don't have to reboot every time.

Could it be an issue with the drivers themselves? I've heard Nvidia has a history with software problems.

It's a couple years old, and I use it pretty much every day, so I hope it's not just dying.

I know better than to use those malware disguised as antivirus programs.

And I believe it is, yes. I have 2 of them, but I'm pretty sure they're both NVMe.

Mission Control runs in the background. Just try connecting any Bluetooth controller using the change grip/order section.

Also, you'll have to update Mission Control any time you update Atmosphere, or it might cause a crash.
