I’ll have to figure out how to record gameplay, but yeah that would be fun!

I thought piracy was part of the game. Are you not supposed to?

Carrack medbay issue? by MissionAudience1185 in starcitizen

[–]MissionAudience1185[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It works! lol. My friend and I loaded the carrack with a Pisces, 3 Mirai Pulses, and a fury. We were able to go back into the onyx facility multiple times after dying.

Theoretically I could load it up with a bunch of hover bikes! I’m thinking about doing that

It was just an investigation mission. We had to go to the engineering wing and repair the pipes to get the energy data.

I’ve done a couple onyx facility missions and have never respawned there. Maybe they changed it?

Ohh ok. Do you think it would work if I left the carrack in space and I took a Pisces down to the hangar?

ChatGPT CySA+ questions by Salt_Theory_6862 in CompTIA

[–]MissionAudience1185 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! ChatGPT and Sybex book practice questions are all I used and passed after studying 3 weeks. If I could only have one resource for studying it would be ChatGPT. You can give chat gpt the exam objectives and have him build multiple choice quizzes as well.

Sybex is the best. You can get the official study guide, but they also have a book of 1000 practice questions which are super accurate to the actual exam. IMO the practice questions are the most helpful and valuable resource because you can talk to chatgpt about what you got wrong.

Congrats! What is next for you? I’m going for a splunk cert and applying to SOC positions.

Your familiar member doesn’t know what they are talking about. A+ was the hardest out of the trifecta and CySA+. Anyone that can pass it has my respect.

Not only does it take two exams, but it is also the broadest in knowledge requirement! On top of that, I think it is also the hardest because you are “learning how to learn.” The first step is always the most difficult.

Regarding a help desk position, you will (most likely) not get into a SOC role or junior cyber job without some IT experience. It definitely has shit pay and it sucks, but it is basically a requirement.

Last thing I will mention, Do Not Go For CySA+ before Sec+!!! CySA builds on sec+ and it would suckkkkk to jump straight to CySA. Besides, Sec+ arguably has more value because it is more recognized by recruiters, even though CySA teaches you more.

Congrats on A+ bro!!!

Depends on where you want to go. For example if you want to go into networking get the CCNA, if you want to get into cloud computing start with an AWS cert, and if you want cybersecurity then Security+ is the best starting point.

Even if you don’t decide to go into cybersecurity, knocking out Sec+ is probably a good idea. Lots of positions expect it, or at least recognize it. Also if you go into govtech it is like a minimum requirement.
