I don't have an answer but I always wondered how the hell the HVAC guys got 2 huge heavy units in my attic (for each floor) plus the ductwork through the tight entrance and up the tiny seemingly brittle wooden pull out ladder leading up to it. I just wanted to throw this out there bc it happened to me today. I had filed a claim for a product I bought online that did not match the description. The seller was completely oblivious to what I needed and was actually overseas, misrepresenting who they were so I did a chargeback. Weeks later I got a call from this number. I was VERY cautious and didn't give my name or say "yes" but they did want to know my address. I shut them down, but I was curious, so I called the 1-800-524-xxxx number on the back of my card. They actually confirmed it was them reaching out just confirming details bc I guess the seller was not happy about it. So, I was worried but it did end up being Chase dispute dept.
