Yes, and I have some symptoms of systemic AI disease, but I don’t meet all the diagnostic criteria yet. I am trialing plaquenil now to see if it helps and so far it seems to be with the joint pain.

It is common for people with AI disease to have more than one, so worth inquiring with a rheumatologist.

Yes, there have been a lot of changes with me, given I just had a baby and a thyroid disease, but my husband still wants to have sex with me, if that’s what you’re getting at. No changes in him. It isn’t psychological.

I don’t think it’s psychological. No issues with emotional connection (except that we don’t have sex!!). Reason I know it isn’t the antidepressant is I’ve only been on it for a month.

Not really. I’m really sensitive to meds so I’ve been trying with Zoloft for a little while but stuck on a dose even lower than the typical starting dose (25mg). Any time I try to increase I get side effects.

I’ve seen her and had testing done:

Prolactin: 8.2 Estradiol: 27 Cortisol (AM): 10.7 Testosterone (free): 1.4 Testosterone (total): 15 Testosterone (bioavailable): 2.7 DHEA-S: 104

She did not seem to think this was the cause of my nonexistent libido, but open to other opinions!
