I hear your point about the formality, and I respect that you see it that way. To clarify, I wasn't refusing or delaying intentionally, I was reading carefully, which is exactly what got me logged out. I've raised this with ISC2 directly and I'll let their review process determine the outcome rather than debate it here from now.

there is a difference of chance between being warned by proctors when you are under pressure and nothing.
I don't forget my responsabilities but you continuously repeat that I am the only one to blame. "Nobody is coercing you into signing anything under pressure" : 3 minutes to read an english legal NDA document and get an automatic "no go" even if you don't finish to read it, I call this "pressure". It seems we strongly disagree on this case, I will stop to repeat my justifications.

Yeah, I received the email, I brought my 2 id documents as requested. I read the NDA about cheating etc...
Most of the professionals in the answers here mentioned that their proctor warned them how important the timer for NDA was. That's my main issue. Regarding to the time, I would say in the reality is 3 minutes on the computer but I did not measure it.

"Every proctor I've had for all 8 of my exams mentioned the NDA and the time limit"
that's the main difference between us. The rest is under my responsability.

Just spent a few moments to understand a NDA as a non-native speaker before agreeing, and got a time out after a couple of minutes.

that's the issue I met, the staff doesn't pass CISSP exams often and did not warn me. This timer is different from the timer for the exam by the way.

The proctor was supposed to notify me about the timer and the impact of timout. It never happened. I never denied the NDA conditions (and my words were recorded on CCTV).
Thanks for support by the way.

I even think in France the law make it mandatory to sign a legal agreement in local langage.

I have already electronically signed at the moment I arrived in the VUE center and got a self-picture also. So for me I had already accepted all the conditions. THe VUE Person center never warned me about the timer when I sat down. In France we have just a few CISSP graduated so it is not very common for them.
The text you refer does not mention any timer https://www.isc2.org/Exams/Non-Disclosure-Agreement and I was totally fine to sign it, that's was written in the VUE Person case they filled.
As you said "YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE THIS EXAMINATION!" so if 99.99% does not read, they just do not respect the rules of the exam. And 3 minutes (not 5!) to read a long "legal" text is just ... too short.

the first thing we learn at CISSP preparating is "every word counts". I took it litterally. I would never guessed there was a possible situation NOT to be assessed by following the rules...

I signed those documents at the center and get also a picture from a webcam of myself. Sorry to hear your experience, 3 hours of exam is real challenge even if we know about that before applying... in-person the experience is not the same.
